Job description
A- strategy & Planning:
Develop, execute, and manage social media and digital marketing strategies, goals,
and objectives.
Drives social media initiatives and content across social channels.
Strategizes and executes programs to grow and engage audiences and followers.
Implements, monitors, and measures social media campaigns to support broader
marketing initiatives.
Develops brand awareness and increases engagement by developing and
designing strong content strategies.
B- Operations:
Develops and manages social content calendars and value added content solutions
to prompt engagement and activate consumers through social media outlets.
Creates content for social media posts based on promotion needs, community
sentiment, franchise activities, special events, promotions, products, and company
announcements.
Edit and create long- and short-form written content as needed, including blog and
web pages.
Contribute to other aspects of projects' programs, including pages optimization,
content creation, technical optimization and authority development.
Builds and manages the brand’s social media profiles and presence.
Produce audience and persona assessments, topic and keyword research and
competitive analyses to guide content plans.
Contribute to other aspects of client SEO programs, including keyword research and
page optimization, content creation, technical optimization and authority
development.
Content Management C- Promotions and Campaigns:
Develops and executes social promotions and campaign
Recommends creative approaches for social media executions to support business
goals, including promotions, campaigns, and contests.
D- Reporting & Analysis:
Prepares reports based on key performance indicators.
Captures and analyzes customer online reviews and translates into guest insights.
Analyzes social media presence, performance, and activities.
Analyzes paid media strategy and provides suggestions to continue to improve performance across all paid social channels
Measurements, Analytics, & Reporting.
Required skills
Proven work experience as a Content Creator.
Proficient in MS Office and other Content Management Software.
Understanding of social media publishing requirements.
Ability to predict audience preferences with an editorial mindset.
Expertise in social media platforms.
Project management skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
BSc degree in Marketing, Journalism, or relevant field.
